Hi all
I have a Acer E5-575 33BM that cannot display anything on the built in laptop screen.
I have removed and reinstalled Intel display drivers and and no luck.
When I use external monitor with HDMI it works fine.
Is my internal display dead or do I have corrupt driver or cable inside hinge issue ?
Both hinges are perfect no damage external to laptop. Overall laptop is in excellent condition never dropped or abused to best of my knowledge.
Any help would be appreciated.

    Try Battery reset and check
Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.

This didn't work. I didn't see pinhole on back of unit - I saw a pinhole on bottom of unit with a little dock/undock symbol, I presume that was the pinhole you were referring to. I pressed and held for over 30 seconds several times but no luck.
    Any other options ?
If this is a known issue would be helpful as well. Before I purchase another laptop.
Swapping computers is no longer fun, it is a work tool and spending time getting all transferred is a pain.
    Please help, anyone.
