Why is my ACER laptop coming undone and the obviously repetitive malfunctions are not being fixed?

Dear ACER,

I bought an ACER Chromebook earlier this past June. I have treated it severely well, for I wish it to last, having not even used it for the month I had been in boot camp. However, I began hearing a crackling from the paneling near the hinge on the bottom side with the screws this morning, August 16th of 2019. Upon further investigation, I have discovered the paneling had come loose. I figured that the screws were just coming out, and proceeded to tighten them again. Easy task, yet the screws were not tightening nor coming out, and the paneling still separates with a crack each time I open and close my chromebook.
Upon reading through others' issues, I noticed quite alarmingly how severely common this apparently is among your products. I also noticed how your teams simply dismiss it as a common stress factor among all laptops. Yet, I never had any issues so soon with any other laptops. Not even DELL had this kind of issue with their laptops! So it's disturbing to hear that this issue is being dismissed when it is clearly a manufacturer defect that you seem to not wish to fix. So perhaps instead of enraging myself and many, many other customers, if you refuse to identify and solve this repetitive issue, at least supply equivalent compensation to the money we have all lost to your company. Very upsetting, and I wish to have this solved without losing all $370 I have spent on a product that failed due to an ignored defect in all of your products. This is not an issue in all laptops, only yours.
