How to fix Acer care center freeze in my aspire e5-576g-50en

The program works well in the past but recently when i open it, it will only freeze then close.

    Hi, sorry to hear it. but try to restart the unit and check. Also try to reset the BIOS by following the below steps.

    RESET BIOS 
    **********
    1.Press F2 for laptop at the splash logo screen to enter the BIOS.              
    2.In the BIOS, press F9 to reset the BIOS to setup defaults.
    3.At the confirmation screen, press Enter for Yes to load the default configuration.
    4.Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.

    Still freezing bro 😭 acer care center help a lot in my laptop to boot faster but now i cant even use it. is there other way?

    the unexpected shutdown came back again. after reseting bios! 😢

    System Refresh using Alt + F10:
    **************
    1)Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely and unplug all the cables.
    2)Press and hold down the Alt key,press the Power key to turn on the computer.Immediately start tapping the F10 key while you are still holding down the Alt key.
    3)Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.
    4)Select Troubleshoot.
    5)Click Reset your PC. 
    6)Click Next, then select Keep My Files.
    7)Click Reset to begin the recovery.

    If the above step didn't resolve, kindly try the below steps and check.

    Reset PC using Alt + F10:
    ********
    1)Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely and unplug all the cables.
    2)Press and hold down the Alt key,press the Power key to turn on the computer.Immediately start tapping the F10 key while you are still holding down the Alt key.
    3)Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.
    4)Select Troubleshoot.
    5)Click Reset your PC. This process will erase all data on the your system. C
    6)Click Next, then select Just remove my files.
    7)Click Reset to begin the recovery.
