Monitor buttons don't work (Acer R240HY bidx 23.8-Inch)

Since getting this monitor a week ago, none of the physical buttons work on it (besides the power button). I think I only was able to get the menu to pop up once, but never again. It came up for a split second but then went away. I'd like to access the menu to change color correction among other options, but I can't.

I've tried unplugging the AC adapter and holding the power button then restarting the monitor. I've tried holding down the menu button for long periods of time (15s, 30s, 1m). None of it works.

What should I do?

(edit: I just realized I posted this in the wrong subdirectory. Maybe a mod can move it? Sorry!)

Hi, @zeflyguy Since even holding power button after unplugging didn't work then it could be a hardware issue. Please contact acer technical support for further help for repair.
