    Good Morning VinceTheArsonist !

Are non-functional keys always the same?
Have you tried removing the keyboard controller in device manager and restarting?
Have you tested with external keyboard?
Do the keys also fail on the bios screen?

Hi, sorry to hear it. Kindly try power drain by following the below steps.
    Power Drain
    **************
    1)Unplug the AC power adapter.
2)Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off.
3)Search for a pinhole on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and try to turn on the unit and check.

If that doesn't help, Try uninstalling and re-installing the keyboard drivers of the unit, follow the steps below:

    1) In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
    2) Right-click (or press and hold) the name of the keyboard driver, and select Uninstall.
    3) Restart your PC.
    4) Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver

Kindly click "YES" to "Did this answer the question" if my answer helped you!
Thank you and have a Blessed Day  :3
