Hi, sorry to hear it. Kindly try power drain by following the below steps.
    Power Drain
    ***************
    1)Unplug the AC power adapter.
2)Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off.
3)Press and hold down the power button for 25 seconds. Try to turn on the unit and check.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, kindly try to reinstall the drivers and check by following the below steps.

1)In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
2)Right-click (or press and hold) the name of the battery driver, and select Uninstall.
    3)Restart your PC.
4)Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver

Kindly click "YES" to "Did this answer the question" if my answer helped you!
Thank you and have a Blessed Day  :3
