Warranty runaround Swift 1

I purchased my Swift 1 laptop from Walmart on 8/3/18.  About a month ago my laptop would not turn on at all.  I went on and ACER for him and followed instructions on how to try to get my battery to turn on, to include pushing down on the power button for 20 seconds, pushing down on the power button for 30 seconds, and resetting the battery by using a paperclip to push in a button underneath the laptop .  None of those worked. At first I couldn't find my receipt but I was able to get Walmart to send me a copy. Luckily I bought an extended warranty for two years. I contacted the warranty company, SquareTrade/Alstate on 7/31/19 and they sent me an email stating that  mais our warranty was still in affect and that I needed to contact ACER. I called ACER and spoke with a customer service tech who told me I needed to upload my proof of purchase onto their website and then wait a few days and call back.  I asked the tech for a confirmation number and he gave me one. I went onto their website and uploaded my proof of purchase and also got a confirmation number. Luckily I have screenshots of everything. I contacted ACER today and the automated line would not route me to somebody because they said that my warranty has expired. I am beyond frustrated. I was Transferred by ACER to another company that could repair my laptop, since my warranty expired, but I was left on hold for 27 minutes and no one answered. Can anybody give me another way to contact ACER and actually get to talk to somebody please!!
