Annoying backlight bleeding with my VX-15 laptop

Hello everyone,

my laptop has been recently repaired at local Acer repair centre because of broken hinges. I took the advantage and reported little backlight bleeding at the top of the laptop. After 2 weeks it came back and I realised the bleeding has increased and now it looks like this (earlier it was only the right site and a little bit softer):

The report of repairment that came to me with the device confirmed replaced hinges AND setting back the backlight problems to the original state for this laptop. So my question is: is it really alright? During a day it's all good but at night or with a dark movie it basically looks like in the picture.

Spiderous i suggest you to either post in the aspire forum (https://community.acer.com/en/categories/v-vn-series) or just wait it to be moved this is the predator gaming laptops forum and you cant move it yourself i will mention one of the mods to move it and your screen bleed its normal on ips displays try to release the display screws a bit they might be to tight sometimes this will improve it i also have the same issue but its not noticeable on games but as i said the bleed happens because the applied pressure on that exact point of the display its too much releasing it somehow will improve it hope this helps

I will try releasing screws and see if it does something. At least it's normal and my laptop isn't falling apart again.

Update: I tried releasing the screws but they were already loose. The point is that a screen frame is pressing too much, especially in right and left top corners. Without the frame, there is no visible backlight which could disturb me but it gets much worse when it's back assembled into one piece, as shown earlier.

Can I do anything about it or am I destined to live with an incorrectly made screen frame of the laptop I spent my monthly income on?
