I have a fine vertical line down my E1-572 laptop screen. How can I fix this?

    Good afternoon davifels !

What EXACT model of your laptop?
    Could you post a photo?
Does the line appear on the Bios screen?
Does it also display on an external monitor when connected to the laptop?
Have you updated your video drivers yet?
    Have you reset the battery?

To access Bios, simply press F2 when the device is turned on.

In this case there is a physical malfunction, either on the display itself or on the flat cable connecting the display to the motherboard.

The line disappears when looked at on an external screen. Sort don't know how to get into BIOS. Checked all drivers are up to date. Thanks.
