The wifi device is the qualcomm atheros qca61x4a wireless network adapter, but is says no drivers are installed. W

hen I try to update the drivers it won’t allow me to as it says the best version is installed, what do it do.

BleuPineapple I suspect your issue might had something to do with a recent windows update probably uninstall any current wifi drivers if any remove the device/drivers completely via device manager download  the stock acer drivers for your model from acer support refresh the device manager to find your wifi adapter do not let windows install any drivers install the stock drivers from acer

The thing is this only started a few days ago and the problem is just worsening, I haven’t needed to update my computer in almost a month. It’s not saying it has any drivers installed so I can’t uninstall them, and one more thing, how will I reinstall the drivers when it won’t let me access the internet

How do I uninstall drivers when it says no drivers installed? Also how would I re-download them if it’s giving me no internet access...

Download your Wi-Fi driver from support site and keep it in your PC. After uninstall and reboot, you can simply use that installer.
Trying to do my best here - Your happy Predator owner =)!

Use a ethernet cable directly to the router because ethernet usually always works fine if not last resort download the drivers to another device then either use a usb drive to pass it or connect the device to the laptop for ex you mobile

Try checking your antivirus to see if some update to it got all this started.

If your wireless is not working, connect your laptop with cable directly to the internet router. Scan your laptop for the viruses. If any, delete them from the chest. Update drivers, update windows.
