Aspire VX5-591G - Are there any limitations on SSD capacity? How many lanes, 2x or 4x?

So I have an Aspire VX5-591G, it has an m.2 port and it seems like some people installed Samsung 970 Evo SSDs successfully. Yet after a few searches I didn't see anyone trying 500GB, 1TB or 2TB NVMe SSDs.

Are there any limitations regarding SSD capacity or can I go crazy as long as it's 2280 NVMe? Can I install SSD Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB, M.2 NVMe, R3500MB/s, W300MB/s - MZ-V7S1T0B/AM ?
Is my specific model one of those with only two lanes enabled, which would effectively halve my SSD's speed?

    Hi!!

    @Eltnam

    Below is the list of compatible SSD's officially tested by Acer.

    NOTE: Apart from the above listed SSD's, you can try installing other brand & size of SSD's. It might work and there is no guarantee of performance.

    Thanks! I guess I'll play it safe and order a 512GB SSD, like this guy https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/589726
    In a few days I'll post whatever results I get from my tests, in case anyone needs.
