Predator Triton 500 issues w/ Thunderbolt 3

Laptop is a Predator PT515-51.
I have a Thunderbolt 3 docking station (OWC Thunderbolt 3). All works fine on the MacBook, so that excludes any h/w or TB docking station issues.
However, on the Predator, I have a few issues; they all seem related:
- I have a webcam (logitech 922) connected to the docking station USB port; however, the image "flickers", as if there is a bandwidth issue;
- I also have SteelSeries headphones connected to the docking station USB port; I hear a "cracking noise".
These issues happen independently of each other, but if I try to use the webcam while playing a sound, it's quite clear that the cracking noise occurs when the image flickers. Makes me think it's some sort of bandwidth issue?

The final issue is regarding external monitors. So, on the MacBook I can run two external monitors from the docking station. These are Dell 27" at 1440p. In the Predator, only one of the monitors is detected; for the other to work, I must connect it directly to the laptop.
Finally, both for the webcam or for the headphones - if I connect them directly to the laptop, all works fine. But that defeats the whole point of the Thunderbolt support.

I have the latest drivers on everything (I tried updating them to see if it would fix the problem). I used Driver Easy for that. I also have the latest firmware on the docking station. In any case, every single of these devices works fine on the MacBook, so the problem is on the Predator side.

Any idea? Any BIOS setting? Any thing to try?
