When i play in Osiris New Dawn after while my screen freez and i cannot play more, but it happen to other games (When i play Minecraft i got white screen) and it happen only if i play on Nvidia graphic card.

My model it's Predator Helios 300 PH317-52

Also i attach file with DxDiag, Error and output log from game and NVIDIA System Information.

I try:
1. Check my disk and RAM by windows tools and there is no problem
2. Hard reset twice - no help
3. Delete Drivers with DDU and reinstal: Manufactured drivers from Acer Technical support, the newest and last drivers when my games work.

Can you please help me?

Did you made sure you are running the games in the DGPU not the IGPU check nvcp and if needed set it up manually for every game also what are your temps are they ok or high and does this happen in all games or just some which windows build are you in

    Hi
I use DGPU for all games, is default option in all my games when my Nvidia card it's turn on.

If i play games with small requirements then my temp it's around 60 C and that issue not happen.

When i play in games with high requirements they temp sometimes going up to 90 C.

If its temp issue then i am very surprise because when i buy this laptop i play games Assassins Creed Origin on High Quality, temp was around 90 but everything still working without any drops or issues.

Maliro Bare in mind that between 85/90+ it will start to thermal throttle and even if you have it set on nvcp for the nvidia sometimes it will not stick to it you will have to set it up manually to the app/game you are running  its a rare case but it happens so my suggestion is optimize windows/undervolt if you haven done it before follow the links in my signature and if after you still have high temps you would need a repaste using kryonaut or similar either yourself if you are able to without voiding the warranty but if you have seals only acer can open it everything up to 80 its acceptable and fine

    What are your specs

Maliro if optimizing/undervolting arent working you will need to repaste it with kryonaut or similar its the last solution left (if you can open it without voiding your warranty if not send it to warranty for a repaste)
