Also try this after you do above step and play a game and battery still discharges.

sujan_karki its completely normal to discharge while gaming thats the main purpose of the battery to aid the adapter when this one cannot provide enough power for the cpu/gpu on high demanding games and bare in mind the more usb ports you use and the more devices you have connected to them the more the battery will drain and this is why before starting a game you should always be on AC with the battery 100% if you have a 1050ti you have a 135w adapter if you have a 1060 you have a 180w this for all the older versions the newer should have all 180w and up you can check the voltage of your adapter to find out the wattage te only usb devices i have connected are my 5tb 2.5" hdd in an 10gp
bps usb3.0/usb-c enclosure and the mouse only saw the batery discharge on really long sessions and high demanding games even all the games i have running from the usb hdd the battery wont discharge at all but as i said this is normal and bare in mind the 9th gen cpus are even more power demanding i just have a 7th gen also have you already optimized windows
