My Helios 300  stopped working a week ago.

    I bought an Acer predator Helios 300 2019 last month. It stopped working a week ago were it kept crashing. I sent a message reporting the issue to Acer. They appeared to fix the problem by updating my windows but now my game keeps crashing and i have very bad lag on pubg. Yesterday I was sent an email from an Acer employee requesting my contact details and asking how he could help. I gave them to him, then he vanished. Its left me very distressed as I have mental health problems, I got this imported at costs of over $1000 to the uk. I even bought a matching mouse and mat.  I have contacted Amazon inquiring can I send it back but i cant. I''m very upset.

    ShooBLeeDoo you are in the wrong forum this is SWIFT, SPIN, S AND R SERIES LAPTOPS only and regarding you issue with your H300 Amazon should accept a return and the unit is defective if they dont you have to send it directly to acer repair center fr a possible repair/replace and again this is not the correct place to discuss this you should contact ace directly if amazon refuses to provide warranty (which they should by law) also importing laptops from the US its not very viable as the US warranty will not work in another countries so Amazon has to take full responsibility here i always recommend everyone to buy the devices in they own country to be properly covered dont import it you will always have issues so you have to push Amazon for full responsibility in this case and at the same time get in touch with acer support directly as this community is mainly user run we dont work for Acer only Admins/Mods are acer staff and they only manage it everyone else its a normal user like you and me and we are here voluntary trying to help everyone the best way any warranty issues will have to be dealt with Acer directly via the proper channels
