Two weeks in, I feel I have made a terrible investment in a company that has zilch idea about its own policies. My question and review are based on the two weeks of torment Acer has caused me!

First things first, I was unable to register the laptop myself so I speak to an agent who gave me an inexplicable reason why I was able to do it myself. I was also told my warranty is 1 year (Acer's website clearly states that Predator laptops have 2 years of warranty - https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/standard-warranty). Upon inquiring how that can be rectified, I was asked to call later during business hours. Now if you have spoken to their customer services, I empathize with you; not that they aren't easy to reach but also resist forwarding calls to a supervisor. I finally spoke to an agent at Level 2 (apparently they have magic powers to resolve issues like these) and the agent reassured me that regardless of the glitch in the system, all gaming laptops, including mine have 2 years of warranty and I shouldn't be alarmed by their shortcomings. I insisted that I speak to a supervisor, and guess what - he REASSURED me that the agent had lied to me and I only have 1 year of warranty and the website doesn't give out exact information.

This is my feeble attempt to have my issue resolved, before I take this to my twitter. I do have 2 weeks left to return this awesome machine to a company with absolute sup standard customer services!
