I bought a monitor about 4 months ago, and now want to repair it. I've got sent a label on email where to send it to, but how do i know if it goes over the warranty or i have to pay?

Kind regards, Green93

I guess you might have to take care of paying for shipment.

Please check this warranty agreements. It shows carry-in or ship.

They send me a label to stick on to the box, so i dont think i have to pay for the shipment. I'm more concerned about the actual repair.
As far as i know, after i bought a product, and it hasn't been 2 years, i can get it freely repaired if i didn't break the item, but it's a fault within the item that i had no control of.
But i dont see them speak of it anywhere in the service ticket i have.
I just wanna be sure before i send it, as i do not have the money for a paid repair at the moment :)

Thank you for your quick answer.

If they determine the failure was caused by user or shipping damage they won't repair under warranty. Otherwise they will...
