    Answer ✓

Thank you for response, done them all, nothing seems to do the trick.

i think i need to explain the problem more clearly:

after few hours or maybe a day the following happens:

    - no website loads on all browsers, just blank white no loading time, upon refresh attempt instantly blank page appears

    - all applications loose their connection to the web instantly or in the case of discord if i disconnect it will not connect again

    - no internet based Microsoft service would work either like store, update etc

    - ALL OF MY OTHER DEVICES ARE CONNECTED AND WORKING NORMALLY

tried all of the suggested measures and the following:

    - flush dns and more using these commands on cmd (as an administrator):

    netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset

    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew

    ipconfig /flushdns

    - disabled firewall / antiviruse / windows security

after all of these steps only one thing will do the trick : " RESTART " and all begin again in few hours maximum a day.

I hope that i managed to give you a more clear picture now.

    ************ UPDATE **************

add the following for entries to your registry will simply fix the issue :

    HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters

    TcpTimedWaitDelay
    REG_DWORD: 0000001e (hex)

    MaxUserPort
    REG_DWORD: 0000fffe (hex)

    TcpNumConnections
    REG_DWORD: 00fffffe (hex)

    REG_DWORD: 00000005 (hex)

sabahasssani Windows 1903 correct ? did you had this issue with the previous windows version build if not any special reason of why upgrade to 1903 it might be some issue with the network adapter drivers if it was working fine before roll back to the previous version before the update also do you have this issue only on wifi or also ethernet check you router as sometimes its the router's fault (depending on the router you have if its good or not this doesnt seem to happen on good routers) when there are too many devices connected to it they kick some out of the network could you explain  in more detail what is happening exactly

What browser are you using? You mentioned ping works, so could this possibly be a browser related issue?

You can try to go back by performing an Acer factory recovery fresh install ALT+F10 on boot and choosing the do not keep your files option but bare in mind it will format everything in the system drive to stock out of the box so i suggest you to backup what you need into another drive first if you plan to follow this step or you could try to just roll back the drivers see if it fixes it but as sri369 stated above it can be a browser issue i would try more browsers just to rule it out

To disable windows updates permanently it has to be via regedit itself and group policies and after disable the service or else the service will be auto activated by windows again on every reboot

Yes, there is. Let me find the file first. I installed the newer Wi-Fi driver. Can you tell me your Wi-Fi card's Hardware ID? Here's mine (go to device manager and show me the ID like I did here):

Download this. Extract it anywhere. Then as in the above picture of yours, go to driver tab and click on Update Driver -> Browse my PC locally -> Browse and select the extracted folder. It will fetch and install the new driver. Restart and enjoy. My Wi-Fi hasn't dropped once in 1903 after updating to newer Wi-Fi driver.

Still experiencing Wi-Fi disconnections? Turn this off. I now have uninterrupted Wi-Fi connection without having to update the driver.

Nice that you solved your problem with your own research. I think I will do what you have shared so that I can get some "extra" network performance.
