I've had this laptop for only 11 days and have only used it lightly. Today I got a pop-up telling me that I was on 10%, which was weird because it was plugged in. I then realized that it's not taking a charge at all. Hasn't been dropped or wet or anything that could be considered damaged.

I can't even attempt any BIOS/program removal like I've seen suggested because it won't power on at all, only to the "Critical Battery" screen.

I don't think it's the charger, because the green light on it lights up.

I don't see a battery reset button anywhere either. Any idea what it could be?

13carbon you have a battery reset pinhole on the bottom of the laptop (all laptops with internal battery have it) so uninstall the windows acpi driver after dshut it down disconnect from AC perform a battery power drain by using a paper clip for ex press/hold the switch for 30s let the laptop off to rest for 2/3h to make sure any static energy was left in any of the circuits then boot into bios reset to defaults boot into windows let it install the acpi driver and see if the issue its solved after you can also check while the laptop is off on power drain in teh ram compartment if the power kill switch its properly pressed by the cover (you will see the switch near the ram slots) if you thinks its not properly pressed add some layers of electrical tape to the part that presses it just to make sure
