    Hi,
Unfortunately you can not upgrade your CPU, it's a BGA type socket and soldered to the motherboard, however you can speed up your laptop by replacing the HDD with a SSD. I am not sure whether you have a M.2 slot, could you please post the full model name, like SF3xx-xx.

and moreover no website sells a CPU like that (maybe they known that these work bad)
    thank you, (sob and singh)

    Hi,
You can install a M.2 SATA SSD and use as a boot drive, keep the HDD for storage. You need to open the back cover to install M.2 SSD, so make sure that you won't void the warranty by doing so, please check with the Acer Support centre in your region about the warranty.

Hi, I'd ask your support again. I've inserted the ssd, and i've tried to start the notebook to try to change something, in order that it works with ssd and to set harddisk only for data, as you taugh me. It is slow as before, or is there another way to start it. I've also tried to install 4 times windows 10 before these messages.

    Hi,
How did you install Windows 10? Have you removed the HDD? Have you changed the boot order to make the SSD as your first boot drive? Do you still have the original installation in the HDD?

    Hi,
It's very hard for me to help you, if you don't explain the problem clearly, what's your mother tongue?

sorry I try again, calmly: I tried to install 3 times windows 10, also erasing files. Once with the program that can be downloaded by microsoft, Media Creation Tool. Pushing buttons f (on the top of the keyboard, I don't know which one) I found, Inside H20 Setup Utility Rev 5.0, Boot>Windows Boot Manager (only this), and in Advanced>AMD (enabled), >SVM support (enabled), >Sata configuration (without indications)

OK, no problem, you are trying to do a clean install I believe, in that case, remove the original HDD from your laptop, install the M.2 SSD and install Windows 10 using Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.
