Your don't normally have to open screen of S1002 to format HDD,  Enrico1959. Try to reset the machine by following video below. Jack E/NJ

Thew computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.
Windows install cannot proceed to install Windows, click "ok" to restart the computer ,
    and then restart install.
But after clicking on ok i get the same message again and again.

Try the ALT+F10 cold boot options again. This time select Advanced Options to get to the 'X : > ' command prompt. At the prompt, einter 'diskpart'.
This should yield the 'DISKPART >' prompt. Enter the following  commands at the DISKPART > prompt

    DISKPART > list disk
    DISKPART > select disk 0
    DISKPART > list volume

Please post the images or tell me the output of each of the 3 DISKPART >  commands .

Do you mean this text? Do you ever see the screen below? Jack E/NJ

Your HDD seems to have a damaged or corrupted recovery partition. So you should try to install Win8.1 on the HDD from a USB pen drive.  Because the ACER Win8.1 recovery USB pen drive is probably not available in your region, you might want to try to make a generic Win8.1 recovery USB pen drive by following directions in this link http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery

I have made an bootable USB stick and the Laptop is not starting up with the USB.
I see 2 times the Acer text and then the error text.
And doing nothing else than showing the error text.
Am very sad with this device.

    (1) Is the USB stick MBR or GPT partitioned?
    (2) Can you access the BIOS menu by tapping the F2 key when your turn the machine on?

The USB stick was GPT partitioned. I have change it to MBR.
The stick was FAT32 and change it to NTFS and reinstall on it Windows.
But not working. I have also used F2 key and on boot menu i see only
to start up with Windows Boot Manager.
But not starting up with the USB

Use Rufus to create the USB stick for UEFI computers using the Windows installation iso file. You then must set and save a supervisor password in the BIOS menu. Then you must re-enter the BIOS menu with the supervisor password to disable secure boot and make sure the F12 option is enabled in the BIOS Main tab. The save and exit BIOS settings. Then shutdown the machine.

Then insert the GPT FAT32 Windows USB installation stick. Then turn the machine and start tapping the F12 key. The installation boot stick should appear in  the F12 boot menu.

I give it up. There is probably NO solution for it. And it was wasting my money to by this Laptop.
The HDD is inside the screen and if there is an problem you can't remove that HDD to repair it.

Don't give up. Your laptop is more of a tablet than a laptop with a very small HDD (actually a type of SSD). Sometimes it needs a bit more temporary storage space to re-install Windows. This can often be done by also inserting a 16GB NTFS formatted microSD card. This card can provide the extra temporary space needed to complete the Windows installation. Please try it. Jack E/NJ

Sorry Enrico1959  I only have access to information on s1002 model but should be similar s1001.  There should be a security tab in BIOS menu to disable secure boot. There also should be microSD slot on side as shown in image below. Jack E/NJ
