Hey. I have a problem. In the last 3 months, my processor in games warms up to 80-95 degrees, the load on the processor is 50-60 percent, you can not press the W button because it is very hot. The temperature of the GPU is 60-75 degrees at maximum load. I cleaned the laptop several times, updated the thermal paste, nothing helps. What could be the problem?

ugrozamangustov you have to get a new repaste either do it yourself if you can without voiding warranty (use kryonaut or similar) or contact acer support if you have warranty seals that would have to be broken to open it explain them the situation and ask them to redirect you to the nearest service center with the intention of repasting and cleaning fans etc

I have already cleaned the cooler myself, cleaned the entire laptop from dust and installed a new thermal grease.

How long ago with which paste and which method was used (follow the links in my signature you have recent videos on how properly repaste) as gaming laptops are advisable to repaste at least once a year even if with premium thermal paste like kryonaut or when they start to heat up again it seems to me you made a bad repaste because the cpu temps shouldn be that high and the gpu so low they are usually both between 70/85 when gaming and properly repasted

Thermal paste DeepCool Z9, i repaste the thermal paste a week ago, and it didn't help.
Before that, I regularly updated thermal grease every six months

Use kryonaut or one with the similar conductivity instead and spread method just spread a thin layer covering both cpu/gpu diodes too much paste its bad the same as too less it has to be the exact amount

I know how to apply thermal grease, I have been doing this for years. And the problem is definitely not the case. I apply the paste in the same way, which is on the GPU, on the CPU and the video card does not heat up, and the processor heats up.

That all depends on the games themselves probably the ones u tested are more cpu consuming than gpu have you optimized windows and undervolted?

I think that the processor video card is partially used in games, and I think that this is a software problem. I thought maybe someone came across this.

Well if u suspect its a software issue probably created by some windows updates my best advice it's for you to backup everything u need and perform an acer recovery stock reset fresh install ATL+F10 on boot not keeping your files option
