Can one adjust where the Aiming reticle lands on the monitor?

So my aiming reticle is dead center of the monitor the best I can tell, but I’m playing Destiny 2 on Xbox1 and the aiming reticle on the game is about an inch lower than the one on the monitor. Wondering if there is anyway to bring these two together so I can actually use the reticle that came with the monitor.

I'm having the same problem with PS4 and Destiny 2. I just noticed when I pull out a sword, or get on my sparrow, the reticle lines up. So it seems to be set for 3rd person player instead of 1st person shooter. Now I'm trying to get an answer from ACER on how to switch to 1st person shooter.
