I've tried installing Ubuntu and Manjaro on SF313, both have these errors in log. Both system work fine though, but it seems PNP0C0B is related to the fans which has me a little bit concerned. Hoping Acer will update the firmware to fix this.

Win10. I've removed it after upgrading the BIOS to the latest version.

    (1) What problem were you having with the system the you felt a BIOS firmware update would fix?
    (2) Did you also delete the hidden recovery partition?

As I've pasted, there are bunch of ACPI errors. I assume it was incorrectly implemented on the BIOS? Or is it too new that the linux kernel (I'm using 52) doesn't recognize yet?

The PNP0C0B error, as I mentioned, seems to be related to the fans, has me a little bit concerned.

I ticked earse everything when installing the linux systems. I think the hidden recovery partition is also deleted.

I wouldn't fret over those errors if it seems to be working OK as long as it doesn't randomly shutdown. Jack E/NJ

Ok. The system works fine. Thank you for answering.
