I am having a strange problem with my Helios 300. I never had a problem with it, but I didn't use it for a few months, and then when I tried to start it again, it just says "No Bootable Device." Windows is installed on the 256gb M.2 NVMe drive that came with the computer. I also installed a 1TB Mushkin SSD in the second drive bay and only used it for Steam games. I created a Windows 10 restore USB stick using the instructions in another post on this site. I can use that to boot into Windows restore, but only the SSD shows up as a viable drive (besides the USB stick). The strange thing is, the first time I tried formatting the SSD in the restore utility (it would not let me install Windows on it), the M.2 drive randomly showed up, and I was actually able to boot into Windows one time. It even pulled up the browser windows I must have had open a few months ago. When I tried to open the recycle bin to see what was in it however, the system crashed to blue screen, and now the M.2 drive has never shown up again since. I have also tried installing Windows from the USB stick onto the formatted partition of the SSD, and it says it cannot find a valid partition to install to. I have tried resetting the battery, soft reset, hard reset, and just unplugging it an replugging it. I have also unplugged and replugged both the M.2 and the SSD, tried taking out the SSD and booting that way...everything I can think of. I am totally stumped. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated!
