I have bought Acer nitro 5 in May (Been only 2 months). My keyboard keys randomly stop working (s, O, backspace, left Ctrl shift). I have tried uninstalling keyboard drivers but it is still the same. I don't know what is the problem. Can you please help me?
*P.S. as laptop is new and it is still under warranty, should I get keyboard replaced? But keys stop working randomly. So, if I go to customer service and it is working at the moment, will they help me or not?

    Hi @JayeshBhaware ,
    Try doing a system refresh on the unit, follow the below steps ;
    To refresh your PC
    1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings. ...
    2. Tap or click Update and recovery, and then tap or click Recovery.
    3. Under Refresh your PC without affecting your files, tap or click Get started.
    4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
    Hit Accept if its useful :)

    Not yet. Just get it replaced. And if you are from India, Acer India will not help you with warranty. I have registered for warranty for 22 days now, haven't received any help.
