My Acer Aspire 3 a315-21 laptop screen won't turn on. The light comes on at the side when I turn it on or plug in the charger. It goes out of battery and charges and the fan turns on bit the screen isn't working. I have tried to do the battery reset several times and nothing has happened.
I've only had the laptop for 6 months and I don't know what could be wrong with it. Please help.

    Hi @Fae_Haze ,
    Try doing bios default by following the below steps;
    1. Restart your computer. ...
    2. Wait for the computer's first startup screen to appear. ...
    3. Repeatedly tap Del or F2 to enter setup. ...
    4. Wait for your BIOS to load. ...
    5. Find the "Setup Defaults" option. ...
    6. Select the "Load Setup Defaults" option and press ↵ Enter .
    if able to get the display on the scree, it is good.
    Hit Accept if its useful :)

    That wouldn't work because when I restart it the screen is COMPLETELY black. There is no start-up screen. There is absolutely nothing that shows up.
