When the BIOS bug will be solved?

WHENEVER i try to install linux a bug comes up.....when this will be fixed...??

WTH a serious kind of bug is not fixing ....

    But whenever Im going to install kali-linux(after-changing the grub.cfg) its runs well in live...but ever I'm trying to install CD-ROM detection error comes up. Tried many ways from Kali community..Last way is to write .img in DD mode. But if i wann write in DD mode I can't Change the grub.

    I'm not a linux expert, but have you checked if sata mode is in ahci?

    Have you tried installing linux using a USB stick or usb stick?

    please look into this issue after the new bios update touchpad has also stopped working in all distro i know acer mainly focuses on windows users but this is a serious issue that  needs to be fixed also we currently only have efi mode in bios will support for legacy mode be added too after new bios update my cpu frequency has also been reduced to 3ghz it does't go beyond that even on heavy load?
