Helios 300 PH315-52-78VL Stuttering on nearly every game, need help.

So I've had this laptop for about a week now, and have been having a major issue since purchasing.
I'm living in Ireland and purchased the laptop from the Amazon International store, the laptop itself came from the US.

I've been experiencing stuttering/micro stutter in nearly every single game I've tried playing, with only one or two exceptions.
The most noticeable games it occurs in are Subnautica and Killing Floor 2, and the only games I've not noticed the stutter problem in are Rainbow Six Siege and For Honor.
I've also noticed youtube videos freezing occasionally and stuttering in a similar way.
One or two occasions of the laptop itself freezing/stuttering with loss of audio for a brief moment.

I've tried pretty much everything I can think of and have been suggested so far including the following.

-Reseting the laptop with a fresh install of windows 10 
-completely uninstalling the graphics drivers with Display driver uninstaller and reinstalling the latest version
-uninstalling graphics drivers using DDU and then installing the factory drivers
-Turning off all Windows game settings and game mode 
-Setting power mode to high performance
-Setting all settings in nvidia control panel to the best for performance and setting gpu to prefer max performance
-Running the games with the Turbo mode on, off and the system on auto just to check if it was one of them
-unplugging all usb devices and uninstalling all other software related to peripherals

And a few other things I can't remember at this stage.
I'm beyond frustrated as even when monitoring the CPU, RAM and GPU I cannot see anything causing the issue, such as spikes or dips.
Really need some help with this, as I'm not sure if it's about time to contact Acer support.
I'm also not sure where to find Acer support for myself here in Ireland, do I use the UK support or something else, considering I bought the laptop from the US via Amazon?

So yeah, any help I can get with this will be greatly appreciated.
