Hey guys, I played wolfenstein new collosus about 5 minute and this happen 

can someone help me ? i cant do anything , i have to manually shut down via power button.
i installed all latest nvidia drivers and i always play games with maximum fan.
is my gpu overheating?
my screen start lagging and have this greenish tearing when i dont play games and reboot.
please help me :(

    probably a GPU ram issue, it's better if you call your seller or Acer support service for a in warranty check.

    not you if you are still in warranty, your seller or Acer support service must repair your laptop.

    @ironfly can i ask something, is it bad to always run max fan when gaming?

    @ironfly i just learn that my gpu got gpu artifact, is there any solution?

    As i told you, only Acer support service can repair it...it's a GPU ram problem, nothing you can solve by yourself.

    kondoy44 as IronFly stated many times you might have a bad reflowed/balling gpu its an hardware failure theres no way to repair the component itself only a full motherboard replacement will fix it and the cpu/gpu are soldered to the mobo they are not removable and i wouldnt wait any longer ask your seller/shop for a replacement/refund asap or contact acer support directly as instructed above (again various times)

    PS: have you tried any other games to see if the same occurs
