Would like to upgrade the m.2 on my Acer Predator G3-uc-710. I would like to upgrade the INTEL SSDPEKKW256G7 (256gb) m.2 drive to an ADATA SX8200 1TB drive. Are there any compatability issues in doing so?

Thanks!
Daniel

There shouldn't be any issues. They are both nVME v3 and the same form factor. Are you going to do a fresh install or clone the old one?

I’d probably clone it if possible, but isn’t there only one m.2 slot on the motherboard? How could I clone it?

With an external USB to M.2 case. They aren't too expensive and it gives you something to do with the old drive. Clone first without resizing the partitions, then when up and running move the final partition to the end and expand C:. That will have the best chance for success.
