How to fix a game (pro evolution soccer 2019) that crashes every time at launch

Every time I try to open a game pro evolution soccer 2019 the game starts up and then stops and gives the displays

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you of a solution is available
 
my pc is acer aspire e15 core i5 8th gen Nvidia MX150
i have tried multiple solutions online to no avail 
please I need assistance

    It would help to know what you've tried so far. However, (1)  All non-Microsoft virus scanners must be uninstalled, not just disabled. (2) ControlPanel power plan must be set to high performance mode (3) charger must be plugged in, and (4) battery must be near 100% charged BEFORE starting heavy gaming loads.     (1) I have tried running as administrator 
    (2) uninstalled and reinstalled 
    (3) remove and install all anti virus 
    (4) tried running in safe mode 
    (5) tweaked with compatibility settings 
    ** I have tried all these solutions I found online but non worked for me 
    ** I also tired the tips but didn’t work 
    i am still getting the same error

    No. You must NOT uninstall and then re-install any non-MS virus scanners.
    No, this game won't run in SafeMode.
    No, it doesn't have to be run in Adminstrator mode
    No, it doesn't need any compatibility settings.

    The game will only run with (1) ControlPanel power plan set to high performance mode (2) the battery near 100% charged (3) the charger plugged in and (4) NO non-MS antivirus installed or re-installed.
