Hello, i have 2 questions.
1. I have Helios 300 with i7-8th gen, 1060gtx, 16 gb RAM. So i buy monitor Acer Predator XB241H, after i connect them my laptop (hdmi) have 50C CPU/GPU average temp and 1404hz gpu (after updating my video drivers this problem (1404hz) have been resolved). I maximum optimized windows and drivers/nvidia settings, repaste cpu/gpu by thermal grizzly, i have 6 fans active coolerpad, but i still have 48-50C temp on ide. I start using trottlestop settings by HotelHero in his youtube video, but nothing helps, what i can do.
2. And last question can i make 144-120hz on my monitor Acer Predator XB241H on this notebook or not? And if i can, how to do this? Monitor connected by hdmi.

When its idle, i have 55-60C if i dont use my coolerpad+4200+rpm on my notebook fanblades.

And if all fanblades turn on i have 46-50C. Monitor has 60hz refresh rate.
If i disconnect my exsternal monitor then reboot i will have 139hz  orlower, all temperatures 38-42C.

@WEX Check if you have any programs running, like browsers with "use hardware acceleration" option selected.

No, nothing works only system programs. I maximum optimized my windows.
My temperature when i disconnected my external monitor.

When I connect a second monitor, the laptop automatically starts overclocking to 1404hz. What to do and how to suspend it I do not know.

I also noticed that if you turn off the power and the laptop is running on battery power, overclocking disappears and the temperature normalizes.
Those. external monitor starts overclocking on my laptop how to fix it?
