mPCIe adapter (Aspire V5-573G 74508G1Takk)

Hello Acer community,
I have researched very intensively, and have succeeded, in running an eGPU on my laptop. By, eGPU, I mean, external GPU, with the help of a EXP GDC Beast adapter, which converts the mPCIe adapter, that is used by the WLAN card on board, and makes it to be able to run GPU externally. Believe me, I have very much invested myself into this process.
Now, there is just one very big obstacle, I have come across. & I need your help very badly in this matter.
The thing is I am not able to boot my laptop with the eGPU connected. I have to boot with the WLAN card connected to the motherboard of the laptop, and while booting up, I have to swap hotplug it with the GDC Beast connector. I Believe this is because, the bios has whitelisted the mPCIe port. This is a very serious issue for me, as I am not able to restart with the eGPU.
I am very very close to run eGPU successfully on my laptop. This is the only hurdle, I think I am facing. I have also found a way to access full bios options, by pressing "Fn Tab" key. But, the thing is, I don't know how to modify or unwhitelist the mPCIe port to be able to boot with any adapter, and not just the default WLAN card. I know the port number, and everything. I just want to know, how to unwhitelist the mPCIe adapter, so that I can boot without having to hotplug or swap.
Now, I do understand that Acer Care, will never support or promote Bios modding, as it is very risky. I do realize the potential of bricking the laptop. But, believe me, I need to run the eGPU on my laptop very very badly. I am a VFX artist, and also an Intermediate Gamer. I cannot work on Nvidia GT 750m. It is a gud card, but I need more power for my works. And of course, I cannot afford to get a decent desktop. I have found this way to work this out. And, it is almost successful.
Even a slightest direction or hint will work things out for me. Please please let me know, how can I work around this issue.
Thank you very very much, for reading my problem. Means a lot!!
