I just got this new laptop a few days ago and it started disconnecting from our Wifi Network. My other devices have no problem with the Wifi Connection, just this. I tried updating the drivers but problem is still there. DIsconnects randomly. I tried troubleshooting it with Windows 10 and it fixes the issue, but the problem eventually comes back again and I'll have to fix it again and again.

Here's the Troubleshoot Report:

Windows Build 1903
Ryzen 5 2500U
RX 560X
12 GB DDR4
Qualcomm Atheros QC461x4A Wireless Network Adapter
Driver Version 12.0.0.832
Driver Date: 4/17/2019

Try the below steps and check
power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.
BIOS default: After power drain is done, power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page. Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart

If still you have issue than uninstall the network driver from device manager and restart the unit.

Hey, I just found out that our internet connection is having a problem at the mean time. Sometimes, our internet connection suddenly stops and then comes back after a couple of minutes. Is this a Windows 10 Feature that when the internet connection stops, it disconnects to that WiFi Network and tries to find another Network with available Internet? My Smartphone does not disconnect to the WiFi Network if the Internet Connection suddenly stops, it just waits for it to come back.
