Greetings,
My laptop from out of no where stooped working, it starts for about 3 seconds and then restarts, in a infinite loop,
it dosen't even boot to Acer logo.
It isn't a electrical problem, i already check twice every component and the energy work flow
I think i may need a full BIOS to try to do the FN+ESC and restore, but in acer driver support there isn't a full bios (not for update).
Laptop: e5-575g-511A
SNID:xxxxxxxxxxx
thank you

    Good evening PedromfRibeiro !

Virtually all Bios developers have migrated to updates via OS only with .exe files.

Have you tried another charger yet?
Have you tried removing the HDD and RAMs if the device starts?
    Can you access Bios?

    Hello MaClane,
Thank you, for your quick reply! :+1:
    I tried:
    - removing the battery(internal)
    - removing HDD
    - removing RAM
    - Try another RAM and HDD
    - Check the electrical stuff(charger, every capacitor, and every connection)
    - Connect to a external display

i cant go to bios, it doesn't show up the ACER logo, anyway I tried to spam DEL, and still no luck
    What do you think? :anguished:

You can try to remove the RTC battery from the motherboard and wait for about 30 minutes until the Bios settings turn off.

    Good Morning PedromfRibeiro !

If your Bios really is corrupted, there are only 2 more viable solutions:

1- Use an ISO Windows in live mode and try Booting through it.
That way you could try to install a Bios with the .exe files.

2- Send the device to Acer so that they can reinstall Bios manually
