Hello, thank you for visiting my question thread.
My issue concerns the combo audio spot of mentioned laptop. I've purchased the 4PAVm/2x3.5z type 2 cable which allows a 3.5mm jack to enter inside of the 3.5mm combo audio spot, and then it has 2 spots, where you can insert 2 3.5mm jacks. So I insert my headphones and mic..headset, and I receive the sound only from headphones. If I try using the line in from my amp, with adapter to 3.5mm, I get no sound neither.
I've also tried with the type 1 of given cable, with that I had slightly more success...as I was able to get the sound from my line in and headphones at once for a little bit. There was some buzzing noise which got removed once I've unplugged the ac, and ran my laptop on battery power. But after some time, both the buzzing, and the sound itself disappeared from my line in, and I was only able to hear the headphones.

Some of the possible solutions that I've been considering would be audio adapter 2rca on 3.5mm https://www.winwin.rs/pc-periferije-monitori/adapteri-i-kablovi/kablovi/adapter-audio-2xrca-na-3-5mm-z-m-hama-43359-1182662.html

Perhaps it would potentially work better than the cable..

My goal is to be able to use the combination of both my headphone and mic, and my headphone and line in comfortably, without any buzzing.
I'm aware that dedicated external sound card would greatly improve the quality of sound, but that is the purchase I would prefer to leave for later, so I can buy the more expensive one. I've been thinking of tascam 16x8, as it gives a lot to work with.
Based on from what I had been reading on the net, this model of laptop supports headphone/mic/line in.
Any sort of the advice would be very appreciated.
