Hello, I have a Helios 300 predator laptop, and I have a question if you can use it while charging? There are big drops without recharging and in the shop the Lord said that you can not because it will spoil

Sure you can use it while it is charging.

There is only one point, but the guy probably isn't aware of this. When using the laptop under high load (demanding 3D applications, games, using heavily both cpu and gpu) the machine may use power from both ac adapter and battery. This is the only situation when using while loading may have some drawback. Not wearing anything, just throttling performance due to low power. In my experience (and considering the first thing I did when I get my helios 300 was undervolting the hell of it) it never required battery while connected to ac power.
Nothing peaks at the same time...

Nikodemxwiebx just would like to add mine its on AC non stop since i got it 16 months ago i only have 9% wear and what @strider16 said its completely correct i would just like to add make sure you calibrate the battery once every 3 months or so let it discharge completely and let it charge and thats it never play any games or high demanding works while just on battery always use AC the battery will never overcharge it will stop whne it reaches 100% and it will only start to trickle charge whe it goes under 95% also bare in mind the more devices you have using the usb ports (for ex external hdds etc..) the more quickly the battery will drain even on AC while high heavy gaming/working and in these cases when the battery reaches 40% you will loose all performance because the adapter will try to charge the battery at the same time its trying to provide power to the cpu/gpu you will have to stop what you are doing and let the battery recharge to 100% again first these are rare cases but if this happens i suggest everyone to get a good self powered usb hub and use it to connect all the usb devices to the hub for ex an Anker they are the best ones and work great i myself only have the mouse and an 2.5" 5tb external hdd from where i run 90% of my games and so far the battery will only drain a small bit in just a couple of more demanding games when played for long periods of time and will not drain much stays between 90/95% (its a rare case)
