Performance Problems when Battery taken out

Hello Peoples

I have a question. I use my Laptop ( Helios 500 ) only plugged in. Now i stumbled upon Battery Wear Level being already 25% ( Did i messed up my Battery being plugged in all the time? )  . That made me to remove the Battery from the Laptop ( charged only at 50% to prevent further degredation).  Now without the Battery inside the Laptop the Gaming Performance dropped drasticly to around 30 to 40 fps.  How is that possible when im AC Plugged? Any way to get my Performance back?
Now i have inserted back the Battery and the Performance is back to 144fps.
So to sum it up

With Battery inside the Laptop and Plugged in AC = 144fps
On Battery only = 40 fps
On AC Plug only and Battery Removed from Laptop = 40 fps

Does someone maybe a have a clue why that is and what can i do to have full performance on AC without the battery in my Laptop?

Thank you so much for your time

    Good Morning Ahnenerbe !

First, you should never remove your battery.
Current high-performance systems depend directly on the battery even when the power outlet is connected.
This is because the battery performs various functions besides only providing power when there is no outlet nearby.
The system requires the battery to help calibrate the internal voltages, filter out noises and voltages in the electrical network and when there is a high demand for energy, it is through the system that part of this energy is consumed.
Therefore, you must replace the battery again and perform a reset and calibration process to make it fit correctly.

@Ahnenerbe  how and where did you measured 25% wear in your battery which software did you used and as @MaClane said above your performance depends on the battery to aid the adapter to provide enough power to the cpu/gpu without battery will never work properly and no the battery doesnt wear much when always on AC im on AC for 16 months now non stop and i have 9% wear get battery bar pro and check your wear properly also get your windows battery report and please do not (ever) remove your battery from the laptop again if you dont know how your system works do not try to invent yourself without understanding how it works first plus you have one of the best acer beasts so far in cooling and performance

Ahnenerbe battery wear happens everytime you recharge it the life span will decrease as i stated above i only have 9%/10% wear in 16 months always on AC either your battery already was faulty to begin with or you already used many charging cycles which cause the wear you have now the battery info view doenst show the cycles used because most laptop batteries do not support cycle count you will probably see the same in the windows battery report there wont be any cycles there so the best way to track it its to do it yourself when you get it the first day you can also get a windows battery report for a more accurate detailed view of you battery usage are you mainly always on battery or AC ?

These batteries need to be calibrated properly once every 3 months or so or they will stop holding charge it seems it what's happened to you probably you never calibrated it also not all batteries are the same for ex u have a Panasonic lion I have an LG li-i

'Hello Guys and thanks for the Answers and the Help to bring those things into perspective.
I was using Batteryinfo View too see Battery Health. It says Battery health is at 75% that means the wear is 25%. I wonder how it can get so much wear when my Laptop is only 9 Months young.  Am i doing something wrong or is my battery just bad?

    Thank you

Im actually always on AC.I used it every day for couple of months. In the recent month less..    So far i used the battery only 3-5 times maximum down to 30%.
What i realized is that sometimes when i turn on the Laptop the Battery was down to 90% even the Laptop was turned off. So probably even if its 10% it will count as a charging cycle?  I remember doing the battery report on the beginning at some point and the battery wear level was much lower.   From one day to another it got from 18 to 25%. This is what the battery report says. I really dont know why the Capacity got so bad

    Ok thank you
Well calibrating battery only shows more accurate reading. I did it by discharging and recharging it but how does it explain the big battery wear?
So is Korean Battery now better than Japanese?
