Hello,
I've been told that single channel memory such as the single 8GB stick currently present in my AN515-53-55G9 may be causing some performance issues in certain titles, so I'm looking into another 8GB stick.
A quick install of CPU-Z indicated that the current stick installed in the system is a Micron 8atf1g64hz-2g6e1 running at 2666Mhz with a CL of 20.
I was wondering if the following SODIMM 8GB from Samsung seen at https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-2666MHz-Memory-Laptops-M471A1K43CB1/dp/B07JWG53DG would be compatible with the current memory in my system.

Acer have put 2666Mhz into a lot of their Notebooks but the Notebooks only operate on 2400 including yours so just get a 2400 stick. The Crucial memory page for your model is below but find the part number and order it from Amazon it's cheaper and faster delivery. Personaly I'd get a single 16gig then you avoid compatibility issues

I am not an ACER employee
Thank you and have a blessed day  B)
