hi, im going straight to my problem because it's too long, i have 2 drivers ssd and hdd, ssd is damaged windows 10 wont boot and it's stuck on acer logo for even hours, f2 del esc f12 f8 not working, not a single key works, removed the sdd ans tried only with the hdd, bios works but on boot it goes on windows repair wich gives me 4 options: which only 1 works and that one goes to bios, pretty usefoul, anyway i put windows 7 on a usb non bootable since i don't have a laptop anymore, it worked i got on windows 7 installation but it says that a cd/dvd is required something like that, didn't show any drivers avalaible, soo i get back to windows repair, it said that the version the this recovery isn't compatible, soo i decided to remove the hdd, tried again ang it worked i could run cmd and other stuffs, now my problem is this i know 1 option to format drivers by cmd in this case the hdd one since the ssd can't even go to bios, but the problem is that, to format a driver i need a drive first right? how i'm gonna do that if the hdd can't go to cmd because of the recovery version, and without the hdd cmd works, i mean you get it right? im literally stuck since 4 days, please someone help me, this is all because my laptop had an update and i decided to do it - _- stupid move

Create a Windows 10 USB using microsoft's media creating tool.   When you create USB media with Microsofts media creation tool, it will contain both EFI boot files and legacy boot files ......so you'll be able to boot the USB and access a command prompt and use diskpart to wipe the drive and convert to GPT.  At some point, you're going to need to load the BIOS defaults to get the computer back in to UEFI mode.

Or just skip above and try to put computer back in to UEFI mode.

If you need to get important files from command prompt before you wipe the drive....

If you remove both the SSD and HDD, you should be able to regain access to bios.  After you regain access to bios, you should put computer back in to UEFI mode.
After you get computer back in UEFI mode, you can contact Acer and get the original Acer OEM recovery media from Acer.  Or maybe you could go to a public library and create Windows media there.

If you can get your computer back in to uefi mode, you can try alt + f10, but I'm not confident it will work.....but won't hurt to try.

I didn't think it would.  Toggling to legacy mode when you installed Windows 7 can mess things up sometimes.

If you can get in to UEFI mode and boot SSD recovery.....you can try "safe mode".  But I don't know if it will give you option for safe mode.

Ok sorry, I'm all out of ideas.

The link below contains step-by-step instructions on how to create UEFI/EFI installation media to install vanilla Windows 10 in UEFI mode.  It includes instructions on how to wipe your drives and convert them back to GPT partition style (not legacy MBR).   It also includes instructions on how to retrieve your files from command prompt (before you wipe the drives).  Obviously if you don't have access to a different computer, you'll have to contact Acer and get your Acer OEM original recovery media.

    Good luck.
