So I bought my acer predator Helios 300 (i5-8300H + 1060 6gb) about a year ago. When I first bought the laptop It started getting pretty hot and the fans were spinning a lot when gaming but I didn't think a lot of it because I only played CSGO. A few weeks ago, I started playing other games like AC IV and Batman Arkham Origins. These games are pretty old so I figured it wouldn't be hard for my pc. Actually it was. My pc started crashing when playing AC IV, even on normal settings. I tried doing everything like using Throttlestop and Afterburner. My pc is idling at about 40 degrees but when I start even a non demanding game like CS:GO, my pc starts going wild and I see temperatures like 93 degrees Celsius on both my CPU and GPU. I really don't know what to do and I think my warranty will be expiring within a month or so. Should I send it back?

What are the numbers you get? How many millivolts less undervolting CPU? And how is the GPU afterburner curve?
Your idle temp is on par with most devices, but it seems the airflow isn't good enough. Did you tried to put some book on rear to keep laptop elevated, and see how temps react?

If you feel like sending it back for a better thermal paste application, this is actually a good course of action.

    These are my settings

As you can see the idle temp is 39 degrees min and when gaming it rises up to 43 91 degrees

I will try the book tip, not sure if it will bring any difference though. I don't know If I should send it back, I want to but I will go on a vacation in a few days for about a month so if if the laptop comes back when I am not home....

*****, everything is ok, even your gpu is on very low voltages, I'm really lost here. Maybe these games are just heavy.
Maybe your gpu driver could be updated, but I don't think it will change nothing, really.

Fearox If undervolting its not working repasting (with kryonaut or similar) its the next and only step to take
also why are your core speeds different on TS they should all be the same speed on all cores (dont think your undervolt values are working correctly but  i might be mistaken)

    anyway these are my confs:

Judging by the pics, it seems you have something wrong going on in msi afterburner, there's no frequency shown. I'd revert it to stock, maybe do a clean reinstall, and try again.

Also predator sense, you leave it at maximum? Just leave it at auto.

I'd reinstall/update drivers, reinstall the programs, terminate predator sense since you have the other ones, and after that try again with everything stock settings. From there you go slowly.

Also your curve, it seems you tried something there before and you are messing with it. Mine is virtually some 12% higher, at 2000MHZ maximum, plus 445MHZ mem overclock and my temps don't get even close to 90, ever. They can go as high as 71°C or so.

The important thing you might be lacking here is thermal paste. Did you changed the paste? If not, that should be like 95% of the reason of high temps. I changed mine when I got the laptop, never again 90ºC temps. With undervolt things get even cooler. In total I think I managed to shave off some 20ºC at peak temps. I used kryonaut.
