Hello there!

Just got a brand new Triton 500 and I am pretty happy with it. But a few things have caused concern.

I didn't understand what the "Only use Discreet GPU" option did at first. So when I first clicked it, and the G-sync options disappeared in the NVIDIA Control Panel, I was very confused and worried.
When you turn Only Use Discreet GPU off, does that mean that G-Sync is off?

Then I noticed that the laptop screen was identified as only a Generic PnP Monitor. Which casued me to worry. Is this normal?

I tried playing Devil May Cry 5 today with G-sync enabled, and artifacts like this linked image were very apparent when moving the camera around. https://imgur.com/CBmiXRP
Disabling G-Sync in the NVIDIA control panel makes them go away.

Has anyone else experienced this? And can someone confirm that the monitor should be listed as something other than "generic pnp monitor" in the Device Manager. Is that the reason why these black artifacts appear, because the right drivers for the display aren't installed?

What should I do to try and resolve this?

Thank you!
