Acer G247HYU - No display or OSD, but power LED is on and solid

I bought a used Acer G247U, and have tried connecting it to my PC via both HDMI and DVI. Both times, when I power on the PC & the monitor, the screen lights up and shows the "Acer" logo, before going to illuminated black (the display isn't off, but it's just a black background). The power LED stays blue, and if I hit the 'navigate right' key twice it seems to cycle through the three methods of input (DVI, HDMI, and Displayport). The display is also definitely recognized by my PC, as it appears in "Display settings" and "Advanced Display Settings".

I can't figure out what the issue is; this is complicated by the fact that I also can't seem to get the OSD to work. In fact, none of the buttons seem to do anything besides the power and navigate right button. I've tried holding the power button down for 20 seconds but that hasn't seemed to do anything, and I've done the same with the menu button, to no effect. I'm at my wits end, and I want to make sure I try everything before I deal with the hassle of contacting the seller and shipping this back and then buying a new monitor. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For reference, I am using a GTX 1070 as my GPU and am running a Windows 10 PC. I have one other monitor connected, a 1080p Asus that is connected via HDMI/DVI (depending on which cable I am using for the Acer monitor).

It sure sounds like a hardware issue to me, though at least you know the display itself works because the Acer logo is shown. Can you try different cables? I'm going to guess it's a problem on the main board that has the video connectors.
