Called Acer support....they want $199 to fix....Acer ripoff.  Keyboard not typing correct characters.  Here is the problem when I type the following:
Type z.....get zq
type q.....get zq
type v.....get vt
type t.....get vt
type b.....get bu
type u.....get bu
type j.....get space j
type p.....get 'p
type '.....get 'p
type -.....get $-

What the heck going on?  Comes every few days.  I go to Control Panel and Uninstall the Keyboard, then reboot....might work for a day or so, then return back to incorrect letters.  This is getting very frustrating....Acer Support says it's in the Keyboard Config.....but I refuse to be held hostage for a keyboard.  Been associated with keyboards since DOS days....so I am not new at this.  What is going on?  How can I fix?  Please help.  Thank you.

Do you mean es1-572? Was uninstalling the plain vanilla driver from DevMgr an inconsistent fix at best? Because from your description, sounds to me more like the KB should be replaced due to hygroscopic debris (eg crumbs) that have accumulated on the contacts under the key covers. They tend to cause issues like this during hot and humid weather. Replacement KBs are less than $20. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DXRY2CH/ref=psdc_6795229011_t2_B07B954CFQ

The Acer Support people said they could fix problem because it was a software issue....Keyboard configuration, if I paid them.  They had me going into the BIOS / Setup.....pressing F2 when reboot.  But I chose not too pay them and they wouldn't go any further since I would not give them a CC....since I have never heard of such.  Keyboard config.....you got to be kidding me.  But maybe I'm wrong....since when you remove from DM...and reboot....it corrects it's self.....but only to return within a few days....

Was the model # es1-572? There is no model # es1-752 as in your post title.  Jack E/NJ

I usually advise against BIOS updates due to the enhanced danger of bricking relative to ordinary device driver updates . But in this case you might want to try updating to v1.10 because of the weird DevMgr KB driver uninstall results. Resist the temptation to update to even more recent BIOS versions because it's difficult and even riskier trying to revert back to an earlier version if a newer version leads to other issues.  Go to this link to download and try installing v1.10. https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/6736?b=1

What I find strange is....What would Acer Support had done with the software keyboard configuration that would have fixed this?  They seemed confident that this could be fixed via phone with $139.00 CC.  Me never heard of such.  Again this is what I do for a temporary fix...comes back in a day or so.

    1.  Hard Power off (Button)
    2.  Power on with F2.
    3.  Exit out and reboot.
    4.  Go to CP, then DM
    5.  Uninstall Keyboard
    6.  Reboot to find Keyboard
    7.  About 10 minutes later.....keyboard comes back to work.
    8.  But for how long....who knows....1 day.....maybe 2 or 3.
    9.  Then have to repeat all the above steps again.
    10.  Acer has to know what's going on....they have too.
