Hi there.

Dear users, I have one question to you :-) I bought Acer X137WH projector almost 2 years ago. However, I wasn't using it at all. The lamp hours counter status is "0" and it is 100% correct because the device is fresh - straight from the box.  Today, I would like to sell it but noone wants to believe in this "0 hours". The problem is that you can easily RESET the counter from the MENU. So, my question is "How to check THE REAL lamp status"? Is there any code? How do they check it in customer service? Thanks for your help!
