Hi all,
last week i purchased a Acer Nitro XV272UPbmiiprzx and I ran into a Problem with it.

In some situations, especially if I'm just on my Desktop, I get white lines flickering across the screen.

I connected the Monitor by a DisplayPort Cable to my GTX 1080 and tried running it on 60/120/144 Hz - But the problem always occurs.
Testing it with a HDMI cable gives me the same problem.

Anyone knows, if this is a Hardware problem, or if it can somehow be fixed by settings?

It looks to me like electrical noise, are the video and power cables fully seated and routed away from each other? Do you have a surge arrester or UPS they are both connected to? If so try moving one to the wall. Do you have some other electrical device like a fan or AC plugged in nearby?

    Hello,

I RMA'd the monitor and just got the replacement - which doesn't to have the problems.

So it looks like it was a defect.

    Thanks anyway!
