Repasting Acer Aspire V 15 Nitro (Black edition)

Hi, addressing my issue first: I am a total newbie in replacing PC components and I found that opening my laptop is really complex process (compared to other brands), if someone could post a tutorial in replacing the thermal paste for this particular laptop model, I would be really grateful.

If you are willing to help, here is what happened. I bought this laptop about 1 and a half year ago and it started heating up after 4 months of use (80-90 i.e."uncomfortably hot"). Since I was still in warranty, I sent it back to Acer and they said they replaced the whole thermal unit (I assume fans/paste/heatpipes etc). Now my warranty is expired and my laptop is hitting 100-105 degrees Celsius (on realtemp and XTU), is heavily throttling and is burning hot to touch (can't touch for more than 2 seconds). I tried undervolting (-0.110V for a i7 7700HQ) based off of Dave2D (youtuber) suggestion. It reduced temp by 5-10 degrees but is still very hot.
I now think that re-pasting my laptop is the only option I have left and I am very scared/nervous to do so without a detailed tutorial for this specific model as I do not want to snap/short/mess up/break anything. I am thinking of buying the $10 arctic silver 5 pack which includes cleaning solutions and using cotton earbuds to rub the existing paste out. Is this the best paste out there? I'm willing to spend an extra $10 if there is something better.
I would be grateful if someone could help me out and guide me with a video tutorial for this operation. PLEASE HELP!!

CPU: 7th gen i7 7700HQ
GPU: GTX 1060

@andylb The nitro 5 and the aspire v15 nitro are totally different laptops. I don't actually mind the difference in model as long as the opening process is almost the same. The aspire v15 opens from the keyboard side and access to the internals like RAM needs a complete tear-down of the laptop is what I heard. I found a very badly described video in a language I do not understand (he points and talks about stuff). This is why I came here.

Please correct me if I am wrong and thank you so much for your response. Also, I would appreciate it if you could tell me why the Grizzly Kryonaut over the Arctic Silver 5 or MX-4 (A performance/durability comparision perhaps?).
    Thanks once again.

It is vastly different than the regular Nitro 5.

Buy the best paste you can afford. If it's coming in a 5 pack, you are wasting your money. You only need one application, and usually a single tube is good for multiple applications. Kryonaut (Thermal Grizzly) is a well known paste. I like Noctua stuff personally.

@tobimaru Thanks a lot! I have one small question though, in the second link he shows that he is unscrewing the bottom part and immediately the scene shifts to him removing the bottom surface of the laptop without showing any process to it. In the first link, it is a complete tear-down, and both the videos are from the same person. Are there 2 ways to do it? (I'd rather do it the way shown in 2nd link but it shows no process). Also, by "pack" I meant the $10 AS5 + 2 cleaning solutions provided by Arctic. I looked at Kryonaut yesterday and found that they provide only 1 gram of paste, will this be enough for my laptop CPU and GPU repasting? And also, they mentioned that Kryonaut is thicker than other pastes so it has to be manually spread on the CPU, is that correct? @andylb I would love to hear your experience about this. Thanks again!

@newbiepro If you watch the incorrect video on the Nitro5 that I posted earlier he uses Grizzly and gives a pretty good demonstration of how to clean off the old and put on Grizzly so although the video is for the wrong model it's a must watch for the repasting process with Grizzly
