My Spin SP513-52N speakers don't work well after Win 10 1903 update

After updating to Windows 10 version 1903 my Spin 5 speakers no longer reverse audio channels in tent and tablet mode. All system drivers are updated to the latest version but I can't figure out what's going on with the audio channels to reverse themselves as they used to.

    Hi,
Go to Device manager, expand "Sound video and game controllers", open the Properties for Realtek High Definition audio, uninstall the driver in Driver tab, reboot the laptop and let Windows install the driver.

Ok, Windows has installed the version 6.0.1.8591 of Realtek Semiconductor Corp. of 11/12/2018 but the but the problem has not been solved.

If I rotate the display more than 180 degrees the audio always comes out of the base of the monitor and not from the back outputs and the right channel is not exchanged with the left. With the version of windows 1809 the speakers worked well.

Go to Acer support centre and download the driver version 6.0.1.8428, uninstall the current driver and install it manually and see whether it fixes the problem.

I tried to remove the current driver to install version 6.0.1.8428 but the reverse channel function for speakers still doesn't work.

Could it be a driver problem not compatible with the 1903 version of Windows 10?

Open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in  the left pane. Click 'system restore' button. Click 'next'. Select 1903 automatic restore point. If that solves the problem 1903 can be temporarily blocked till a future update fixes it. Jack E/NJ

After various updates of Windows 1903 and Realtek driver versions the problem of the speakers remains, the right and left speakers channels are not reversed and the audio always comes from the front even if the PC is in tablet or tent mode!
Has anyone installed windows 1903 on SPIN 5 and doesn't have these problems? Thanks.

Sorry, I meant major Microsoft and ACER-specific Realtek updates, not minor 1903 tweaks or generic Realtek driver updates. Due to possible production variations, it'd be hard to draw conclusions from your particular SPIN5 relative to anyone else's unless the serial number identities (SNIDs) are very close together.  I wouldn't waste time hoping any 1903 tweak or generic Realtek driver will fix this issue. You're probably stuck with 1903 now if you haven't rolled back because the restore point for 1809 has probably been auto-deleted. I expect that the next major release (1910? 1911?) should be coming out fairly soon. And keep checking for newer ACER download updates for the Realtek drivers. I have no way of knowing when they will appear. Jack E/NJ

In fact I installed the last updated version of the Acer site Realtek drivers "Date: 2019/08/15, Version: 6.0.8703.1" but nothing changes. I will try to reinstall the 1809 version to verify the problem is really Windows.
