It said: Your computer is running low on storage space. We can free some up by deleting your previous version of Windows. Warning: You won't be able to go back to it.
I just got this computer and it has 2 TB of HD. What does this mean?

Exactly, C:\ is the SSD and D:\ is the HDD. Windows doesn't play well with merging two disks of dissimilar types, so you get two drive letters. You can tell Windows to move your profile folders to the D: drive, which will create a Users\username\xxx folder for Documents, Music, Videos, etc. in the D: drive. That's the quickest solution. You might run into problems with that and certain Windows updates, in the past they haven't taken that scenario in mind when building updates. You can also manually move data to the D: drive and just make sure when you download something you put it on D:. You can also reinstall apps and change their install directory to D:\xxx.

Only a 2TB drive, or a 2TB HDD plus an SSD?

Did companies switch Drive C to Drive D because of the SSD? Before SSD I always used C Drive for data.
